We are aware that comprehensive information is essential for decision making and therefore plan to produce accounts as soon after the year end as practical.

We ensure continuity and better working relationships by retaining the same team for each client whenever possible. We will aim to hold a pre year end planning meeting so that we can review your company's profits and advise you on the best course of action to minimise your tax liabilities.

An integral part of our service is the production of management letters, which are designed to highlight areas of weakness in control procedures and to provide management information; this helps improve the overall efficiency of the business.

The Accounting Services department also specialises in the preparation of accounts for smaller companies and of sole traders and partnerships. We ensure that our clients receive a full breakdown of our fees, in our detailed fee notes sent to our clients.

Processing

If you would like a senior member of our accounting staff to undertake monthly processing at your office on a short term or long term basis to meet your accounting requirements then we would be please to assist you. Processing would be accurate and efficient and could save you time and money. We have an hourly rate of £25 and a daily rate of £175. Many small firms can have their processing performed by us for less than the cost of employing a part-time book-keeper.
